I used this phone xolo q1010i and when I purchased this phone. it was for ?12, 000. I thought of buying this phone as I liked its look and wanted to try this new company's phone. But it was not at all good experience for me. this phone is too slow.
Its touch is not that good and battery backup is bad too. The main problem is their XOLO SECURE. I activated this xolo secure which is for the help when the phone gets stolen. and it needs 6 digits pin to activate. And by chance I forgot the pin so noe I can't do anything whenever I press on forget password it takes me to the gmail.
And I login my that id which I used before as a backup mail. but it never shows me option of changing pin. So, this one is the big problem for me. now I cant change my phone s pattern cause everything is linked to that xolo secure.
And xolo has no customer care service even they dont pick up the call. So buying this phone was a veey bad experience for me. please dont buy this phone again. Its very bad.
