Xl dynamics india pvt ltd is a company which deals with mortgage loan and finance things. Xl dynamics came to recruit in our college and 13 students were selected , it was an ok type of selection procedure. One of my friend joined the company and soon he resigned due to the working envionment and pressure.
First of all if you are working for Xl dynamics india pvt ltd then you have to woek on night shifts , you have work on saturday as well as sunday most of the time for achieving the targets. Working environmwnt is not really good , you will be dominated by senior authorities. There is no job security , they can kick you out from the company any time and they did it so many times when they didn't had that much work . salary package is good enough but working conditiins are not really good. If you want to take leave it will be a difficult thing for you because they don't give leaves easily. If you want you can join the company but you have to face all of these conditions so make your decision but I won't suggest you to join Xl dynamics india pvt ltd.
