I recently purchased Redmi note 4 from their Very own website MI, after I recieved the device I found that the device was dead on the way, so I call their customer care for for a replacement, as they have 30 days hassale free replacement policy. but after I raise the quary I came to know I need a DAO certificate from service center for the aapproving the replacement, the service center was 189 km away from my home still I went their, they submit the phone but denied to give me any written certificate that my phone have a hardware issue, after multiptle times they did not change their commitment really pathetic service, wrost service evre
