Here I am Giving my Warranty details: Warranty Code: MAH283516 I, hereby Informing you i have raised a complaint against my Mi Tv Extended warranty from 04th November, 2022 till 03rd November, 2023 which is valid till now and i have complaint to zooper on 18th July, 2023 And Mi Customer Service they are just saying to co-operate with zopper and when i'm calling to the zopper customer service they are saying talk to the mi service which is inconvenience for me till now i'am not getting the solution from your end Your technician visit and repair the mother board on 05/08/2023 and on 06/08/2023 after that the display Issue Due to malfunctioning components. Till now i'm waiting for the repair and you guyzz are keep assuring that you will do it asap almost 1 month is coming soon i have given a request till now not get any proper solution from your company the service which you provide to the customer is very worst i am requesting you do not to buy mi tv useless tv after one year its start giving you the damaged issue and the extended warranty this is worst service giving to the customer and they are taking much time for a singel repair of the tv which is not worth
I hereby, requesting to the company your assistance in processing a claim for the damaged television. I kindly request that you initiate the claim process promptly, as the damaged television is causing significant inconvenience to me and my family.
