Sorry to inform that still my money(Rs.2500/-), has not been credited into my bank account, even after resending the bank details 3 times. Lastly, your attempt to credit the amount was done on May 5th, I got the sms from your end, but later you informed me that the attempt had failed.
So, once again I did a redemption for Rs.300/- and updated my bank account details and informed you. So far I have not received any updates from your end. I hope you will do the credit at the earliest, without any delay and update me on the status. Two or three of my friends who did redemption and received sms on May 5th got the amount in their account. I am still waiting.
