I warn you not to use their services, as you will end up with an unfinished product and no after-sale support.
Below is my journey with Worthply.com, please read and decide yourself.
Worthply technologies Pvt ltd is Indore based small software company, that relies on freelancer projects as its bread and butter. Last year I posted a project on a freelance website, where I select Worthply for their small quotation and better turnaround time

Good Start
=
Mr. Ravindra Katariya was the account person assigned to my project, later I came to know he is one of the owners. We decided on milestones and kickstart the project. First month, it was a very nice experience with Worthply, we were on a good pace and the project seems to be finishing on time. Worthply was completing milestones and I am paying as per schedule without any delay, though there were some issues pending and Ravindra promise to handle those on a later stage of the project.
=
Slow delivery
=
When I paid more than, 80% of the project fee, Worthply started delaying my milestones and delaying my pending requests. Ignoring My request Now, Worthply, start ignoring my request via Email and WhatsApp. They force me to wait to get a reply for weeks or even months.
=
No In-House testers
=
Worthply doesn't have in-house testers. I use to test every time they implement any feature, because, their developers were so lazy, that they never cross check the effect of new features on existing functions of the app.
=
Saturday only delivery
=
As I was old customer, they use to work on my project on Saturdays only and on the least priority. For even 5 min of change, I have to wait for week or even 15 days despite several requests on my phone and WhatsApp.
=
Promises not delivered
=
At the start of project, Mr Ravindra agree on many points, like the will handover of well documented, well-tested code, but at the time of delivery he simply refused to deliver so.
60days stretched to 11 months. Though I have added few more features, and I was out for 1 month, Worthply delivers me half cooked app in 11 months,
=
Poor Project management
=
During my project with Worthply, I learned that Worthply and specially Mr Ravindra are not a professional. I use to mail him my requests and bugs in Email(as they dont have project management tool), they always fix half of my request and bugs posted by me. Later phase, they send me Bugzilla, but huge delay in reply doesn't make any benefits for me.
=
Poor Coding Standard
=
I rate Worthply very very poor in terms of coding standards and testing criteria. They don't know what is the "Documentation" in the software field. And as already told, they don't have in-house tester, so don't expect bug-free delivery any time.
=
Almost no support after the delivery
=
Worthply and Mr Ravindra don't know anything about customers' pain, you have to pay high cost of small bugfixes if your project is handed over to you. And this is not enough, is don't have big list and overall amount is not handsome, they simply ignore your request and tell you that they dont have time to fix these issue right now. Then you have to rely on Mr Ravindra's mercy and have to wait for weeks to finish the small tasks.
