It is right to go for a survey and read reviews, see demo before buying a product and lot depends on your dealer. I did all enquiry and survey and when rates came down, bought one receiver. Dealer explained me everything very nicely and installation of antenna was done within 45 mins. I am staying at ground floor and my balcony is south facing with an opening for my small lawn. Therefore antenna was installed next to my balcony and itill today I never had to reset it. I always switch off and take out antenna chord from receiver during thunder.
Quality of program is very good, I mostly listen to Radio Farishta, Amore, Jhankar and the collection of oldies is very good. It is connected to my HT system and sound quality is excellent. Regarding recharge, I do it thru telephone or online, never had any problem.
After reading all reviews, I think, I am lucky to have good dealer and service support compared to others. For sincere music lover like me, its a must must product. But whenever I recommended to my friends, they were not ready to pay for music. May be in future the rates may come down even lower, then it may catch up peoples attention.
