I feel this review is:
Its really sad and annoying to deal with such an insensitive company who doesnt even care about the after sales services and customer satisfaction level. Its really a harassment to keep requesting you guys for a suitable solution when you guys do not have any moral responsibility to take any steps on your end. Its even annoying to have a conversation with your employees like Mr. Harshwardhan Singh who have the audacity to ask me that just because we delayed in responding back doesnt mean you will get hyper or return the cabinet. The following set of events took place:
Firstly one of your executive came to deliver the cabinet to my house on 19th oct after he opened the cabinet I did specify that the cabinet was scratched and was not in a very good condition.
He than assured me after talking in the concerned department that wooden street would send somebody on 19th oct evening or 20th oct morning to get it fixed. I waited till 21st oct evening but nobody did come nor did I receive any information from wooden street as to what actions will be taken.
On 21st evening I called u guys and after listening to my complaint your executive assured me a call back in 5minutes after taking in the delhi division as to what actions will be taken.
As expected I did not got any call back and after which I called up again on 22nd oct morning and again I was assured a call back but to no surprise I didnt receive any call back again then later in d evening my husband called n he was asked to send an email with his complaint and the pictures of the cabinet.
22nd night I sent an email with the pictures and my complaint n I waited for two days I did not get any response back from wooden street due to which I sent another mail on 25th oct saying that I would file in a complaint in the consumer court.
26th oct at 10:11pm I received in an email from wooden street saying we apologize for the delay and your issues will taken care off n we will get back to you with a possible solution within 24hours.
To no surprise wooden street did not get back within 24 hours due to which I again sent an email on 28th oct at 1:50 am saying that its really frustratin to see that wooden street cannot stand on any committment.
Since all this happening I have been trying to call up wooden street every time the phone rings but nobody ans the phone. But after calling approximately ten times since morning when I called from an unknown no my call was answered in d second ring.
Had a conversation with Mr. Harshwardhan Singh who says that we understand that we did not respond back to you because we did not have a possible solution. After which I requested him to pick up the cabinet then he tells me that this is repairable only minor scratches and now we will send somebody.
If you could send somebody you should have the courtesy to inform your customers the customer is running behing you like an idiot since past ten days and after me getting angry he tells me that dont worry I send you an email right away with a possible solution.
This is really annoying that you guys r so insensitive about your customers and after telling him that 9 out of 10 reviews about your company are negative he tells me that yes we know but thats because of the delay in our services I mean this clearly states the kind of organization you guys r running.
After me getting more annoyed he tells me we will compensate you but u keep the cabinet because it will be useless for us also I mean I paid 23, 000 in advance not to buy somethyn that was completely scratched and on top of it what kind of company says we will compensate you so please adjust with it because its useless for us.
