I worked in WNS 2 years but I was not happy with the company and according to me there are so many politices involve and if you are going well in the company then the reward will get the managers chamche
Company was providing 1 side home dropped cab and 1 side metro shuttle and giving 750 rs then company stopped home dropped facility and double the cab allownce 1500. wtf if somebody is coming from outerdelhi so is it negotiable for that person
This is my personal opinion now it's upto you might be some changes happend in WNS because I left the company 2 years back
