I had an awful experience with this service and strongly advise others to avoid it. The cake was delivered late, despite paying extra for a specific time slot, and arrived in an absolutely inedible state. The wrapping looked like garbage material, and the photo cushion provided was a dirty, low-quality cloth. This is unacceptable for a service claiming to deliver premium products.
To add insult to injury, the customer service was atrocious. One representative rudely blamed me for entering a wrong address(which wasn’t true) and even raised their voice during the call. This ruined our celebration and left us humiliated in front of our guests.
I regret trusting this service for such an important occasion. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, look elsewhere for a reliable provider. This company doesn’t deserve anyone’s trust.
