*Vista is Immortal, Indestructible!

*To be precise I would conclude first before I start my review. With all my experience about various O/S I may say simply, 'Windows Vista is virtually immortal and indestructible, provide you obey the automated help & assistance commands it gives you during it's operation. It's the ultimate Windows.Superb, quick, supremely designed. The only drawback is that it is a burden on the resources and everytime you do something, it interupts you with alternative suggestions, that sometimes irritate you, when in hurry.'

Vista Versions

*1- Vista Starter(Now Vista Basic, It's simplest)

2- Vista Home

3- Vista Business

4- Vista Enterprise

5- Vista Ultimate(Best but most complicated)

*Vista is Elevated Information Super-Highway

*Once Bill Gates said that Windows Vista will finish all the competetion other Windows O/S have experienced. It will have super integrated features and we will keep on evolving it.

Yes, Vista has more than what Mr. Gates claimed. It has sync-ability with all the modern gadgets we normally use. Be it i-pods, do-pods, any type of cellphone or PDA, Pendrive, Digital Cameras or audio-video recorders.

*Best Features

*1- Three types of Power modes enables the user to work longer without secondary batteries. The advanced Power Options enables you to work for more than four hours. Whenever the notebook is closed the O/S automatically go to sleep mode.

2- Feature Rich Dashboard supports mobility to the maximum and is virtually endlessly compatible with all sorts of gadgets a normal consumer may use. For advance users these integrated features are upgradable & expandable.

3- Rapid Boost Advatage is another unique feature that facilitates using ANY secondary storage device like additional Random Access Memory Resource(RAM-R). To avail this feature click the option'Speed Up My System' after you plug in the device and the assisting windows appears.

4- Anti-Fraud, Anti-Spam and Anti-Phising Controls saves your privacy and makes Vista impregnable, indestructible and immortal.

5-One Care Automated, Online and Constant Security feature that combines all the defence mechanism at one place is available with Vista without any additional licence fee.

6-Bluetooth and Infrared Connectivity also available like previous versions .

7- Vista regularly prompts you and keep warning you during any operation and leaves no chance for committing serious mistakes. It prompts you to secure your O/S and files backup regularly and easily restores the system in case of any accidental intrusion.

8-All other features, programs & softwares which Windows Xp and Windows Media Centre are famous about .

The most advantageous thing in my opinion is that in Windows Vista you may change menu view the way you are comfortable or accustommed. I use it like the classic view of bigger icons and with my favourite fonts.

Limitation: Resource Hungry O/S*

Vista is resource hungry and is a burden on new users. For Microsoft Vista is an era of relief from the piracy issues because using it requires a lot many other system enhancements like more than 1 GHz CPU, approximately 1GB RAM, 60-100 GB HDD with serial ATA drives. The O/S itself consumes almost 12 GB(version dependent, Vista Basic eats minimum.) Your old Direct X9 is not okay with Vista, because it prefers DirectX10. Other requirements are also costly. Your old system assumes status of eletronic trash because your old graphic cards become obsolete. with Vista even CDRs are not in. It prefers 1-2 GB shared VRAM.
