Everything down to the MBTI assessment they claim they did of my child(during the 45 min. trial class) screamed complete scam. They take your money and then they claim they have no spots left on their calendar for you to book your classes. You get loads of emails and phone calls from them, and the phone calls you can't understand because the line is so bad while the emails come from multiple different people who are clearly not communicating with one another. Then the real cherry on top - the phone call at 8:00pm trying to "up-sell" us because our son is just soooooooooo smart and the "scholarship" he is going to get so now we can spend$800 instead of$1200. For a program in which we could even schedule the first 8 classes?! Now they want us to upgrade!? UGH!
This is a scam. They have a "trust certificate" claiming 100% refund no questions asked. There is an email at the bottom of this certificate refunds@whitehatjr.com and THAT EMAIL BOUNCES BACK!
The worst part is that they would do this during this time in our world - our kids haven't gone to school in over 3 months, there are no options for live camps and we have to rely and trust the online world to keep our kids mentally stimulated this summer.I'm beside myself.
SHAME ON YOU, WHITEHAT Jr. Now I have to teach my child about scam artists on the internet. Good learning lesson, just not the one we expected to get.
