I bought a whirlpool refrigerator 18 months back. Suddenly it lost its cooling capacity. I called the company people they charged around 600 though it has 7 yrs guarantee. But the actual guarantee is 1 yearonly. They said the gas leakage was the problem. How can a new product which comes from a reputed company(??) can have such problems. Should not the company repair it free of cost? I used Godrej refrigerator for 10 years and have not experience any problem throughout the usage. Whirlpool made us fool. I am planning buy Godrej again in exchange of this damn product.
