I ma using this machine for the past 8 years still today I didn't reqire the service centre's contact address such a good trouble freee machine it is.
The machine has a top loading facility with 5 kg’s . capacity. Top loading is good since front loading creates a lot of problems, as I came to know from somebody. The machine has the best wash (agitator) system and three wash programmes and the washing is excellent. Even the collars and sleeves come out clean. The agitator system is too good, it has the plastic pipe, which rotates clothes and increases pressure due to which the dirt just vanishes.
The drier is the best as it squeezes maximum water tightly and almost dries the clothes. Though it is semi automatic and technically inferior, I like it because the company is the best and the product is excellent.It has a good fibre body too.
the only difficulty in the machine is clothes has to be organised properly while spinning.
