I bought this machine five years ago.
The brand name was famous while I was growing up, so this was my first washing machine.
My buying decision was completely driven by other family members.
Some important points I have captured pros and cons point here
PROS:
Fully automatic
Is has built in heater
Capacity is 7.2 Kg
12 different washing modes to select from.
CONS:
It has self-cleaning means, there is no net to collect the dirt/threads
Washing quality is not good, its average.
Clothes get very tangled after wash.
Not suitable for washing clothes with fur like towels/napkins
Stain removal expertise only work when there are less clothes.
I use water softener devise at input of water supply to protect machine & good washing.
I have scalegon powder one a quarter to clean tub, I order to avoid salt deposition.
But still year after year quality of cleaning clothes is decreasing.
I have fought with company for worthless product and they have replaced my machine after 8 months but CONS remains the same.
So I think it’s the product issue not just one model.
Based on my experience I don’t suggest any one to buy the machine.
