Poor cooling performance: one of the main reason I bought an Ac was to have efficient cooling in my room during the hot summer months. However, the Whirlpool split Ac 1.5 Ton fails to deliver in this aspects. Even at the lowest temperature setting, the cooling is inadequate and it takes a long time to reach the desired temperature. I have to constantly adjust the setting, and even then, the room doesn't cool down as expected.
Build quality issue: I noticed that tha buld quality of the Ac is not up yo the mark. The plastic parts feel cheap and flimsy, and the remote control is not user friendly. The display on the indoor unit is also not very clear and can be difficult to read in bright light.
Poor customer service: I faced issues with the customer service of Whirlpool when I tried to seek assistance regarding the Ac. The response was slow, and the resolution of the problem was not satisfactory. The left me disappointed and frustrated with the overall customer service experience.
In conclusion, the Whirlpool split AC 1.5 Ton has been disappointed for me. It lacks in terms of cooling performance, has noisy operation, poor build quality, requires frequent maintenance, and has subpar customer service. I would not recommend this AC to others and would suggest exploring other options in the market
