This is my second refrigerator brought in this diwali for rs 13000/- after discounts from mittal electronics, serampore. This refrigerator is very good as it will consume only 203 unit per year, ice making is really quick, graphics and design is beautiful, sound is less, service is wonderful.
Likes- good graphics and design, 5 years warranty, takes low space, 5 star, low price, excellent customer support, power consumption is 203 per year, keeps 12 hr cool without power.
Dislikes- body and material are not solid as kelvinator, racks given only two, fiber chambers and glass looks very low quality.
The main part of whirlpool is its customer centric service which impressed me much, the warranty period has been extended, cool design, real fast ice making. So overall value for money buy. But materials inside are too cheap quality.
