My washing machine was not taking in water and the clothes were coming out unwashed. Hence, I called the customer service. The technician who came to attend to the problem, fiddled with the machine and assured me that the problem was solved. He even suggested a de-calcification(which was chargeable in addition, to his visit fees). Please note that the service is supposed to have a warranty for a month.
The same day, when I put in a load, found the problem to be unsolved. Called the customer service again. The technician who visited, did nothing this time, as he told me that he needed a "full load" to check the problem and repair. So, I called the customer service yet again, to be assured that a technician will call and visit in the next 24 hours. Since then, I have called at least 7-8 times and assured by customer service that, I will get a call within the next 24 hours, but I am still waiting, as the "Whirlpool 24 hours" just does not get over!
It is indeed been a very frustrating and terrible experience with Whirl pool and I may just have to scrap the machine(that is probably where all Whirlpool machines belong in the first place!).
