Bought this unit in October for a kitchen redo, installed in January. Comes with a vent cover that does not work with full-face cabinet doors, but it's packed with a slip explaining that they make another vent cover for full-face cabinets and that they will send it free of charge. Well, apparently since three months had passed before I discovered we needed the alternate cover, my unit was "out of warranty" for parts and they would not send that part, even after I explained it to a supervisor. Now, 5 months later, the door sensor sometimes doesn't register that the door is closed, so I have to open and close the door several times before the unit will work or the interior light will come on. This replaces a KitchenAid unit on which every plastic part broke from brittleness under normal family use. Had I known at the time that Whirlpool makes Kitchenaid, I would never have purchased this unit. Customer service is very poor and product quality doesn't live up to the price
