This machine has great capacity and works really well. The ability to move large amounts of clothing around is especially really good. It has quite a few wash cycles with varying amounts of agitation. I like the integrated agitator- fabric softener dispenser. The other washer, did not have that, never had as many off balance spin problems as we did with the other machines. This washer is also much quieter, always a plus.
I really like the load capacity of this machine, its very quiet, and gets the clothes very clean this machine also has very user friendly features like pre-wash and soak features. Strong performer with excellent build quality. It runs fairly quiet and does a fine job in all cleaning modes. I compared it to other manufacturers in its price range and found that the Whirlpool offered better features and especially build quality than the others (within comparable price range).
