We bought a 262 liter Whirlpool refrigerator on 27th April 2014 from Great Eastern electronics. After calling and following up 1000 times, they gave us delivery after 10 days. After opening the product, the demo people saw that there was a dent in the side of the refrigerator, filled up a form and assured us that the refrigerator would be replaced at the earliest. Meanwhile, they asked us to use this dented refrigerator. We trusted them in good faith and kept waiting for the replacement. However, even after endless calls and following up, we have not yet got a replacement. The refrigerator itself is malfunctioning now. We are at our wit's end as we had bought this refrigerator after exchanging our old one. We have made endless complaints to the Whirlpool customer care but they do not seem to be bothered. We have no option now but to go to a consumer court. I would advise everyone concerned to never ever by any Whirlpool electronics as they are cheats and frauds of the highest order.
