I recently purchased a power bank(VIVO), I got the product in 10 days once I opened the product I found that product is broken. I try to reach the customer support but they are not picking up the phone even I emailed them but no response from them also. So its a fraud online store and it provides a damaged product. Below are the reasons to not to buy from this store:
1.No cancellation policy
2.Return policy is very complicated and also no reverse pickup option
3.Cancellation policy is not clear
4.Products are not original and some times it will be faulty or damaged condition
5.Customer support is very bad and responsiveness.
I will suggest not to buy from Whaaky.com as it is not genuine, customer service is very irresponsible and bad. Product quality is not genuine, delivery time is OK and it is not reliable
