We along with my wife, we visited this place in month of August Weekend. It was suggested from on of my friend.
The place is in the heart of the Matheran especially near to Police Station. Its a nice walk from Matheran Gather Base point to this place. It takes almost 60-90 minutes if you come to this place at your speed.
Rooms are nice to stay. Clean rooms. yes as you will travel in matheran for Sight Seeing but staff is really taking efforts to keep hotel clean and tidy. Hot water is available 24X7 and 365 days. Staff is really good. Well mannered and Polite. Ambiance is also good.
Guest service is also good. Nice small but pleasant welcome area.
You will get nice buffet breakfast lunch and dinner. Sometimes monkeys will accompany you( dont worry not at your meal place:)
Its very near to Matheran Picnic points Echo Point, Louisa Point. Charlotte lake.
You will enjoy your stay. Its very nice to come along with family. Also you will get to arrange Horse Trips from the hotel or separately.
