I have WDBGPU0010BBK-EESN model. This is my second portable HD. This WD My Passport Ultra had some good specs which made me to order it.
The performance is great on it. At USB 3.0 I am getting excellent read/write speeds. Also I checked whether it get's hot and I found it does get a little warm but that is normal. No need to worry about the temperature during the transfer of big files.
You get a 3 years warranty. When you grab it please do check the warranty on the company website to be on a safer side.
The overall design, look and feel is quite good. Its light weight. It has password protection feature which won't allow others to use it without the password. Also you can put the files directly to the cloud based system which can be used as a backup.
The service and support is good and quick. You can call the service centre for your queries and problems. Also if major problem occurs you might have to ship it to other service centre in case there is no service centre in the near by place where you live.
Its a great value for money product.
