So I had bought the WD 1TB portable External Hard drive on previous month through flipkart. The hard disk worked very smoothly for 10 days and after that it started showing problems.Whenever I used to connect it through my pc, .
My pc get hang and after so many attempts the hard drive do read as its USB port was not so good!I complained to the customer service to provide me a new piece as its under warranty but they didnt listen me.I feel so bad that I wasted my money on this useless WD Elements External Hard Drive.I will request to all my friends not to buy this hard drive ever as its just wastage of money.Performance is pathetic and cost is also not so cheap.Customer service was also not good.A big No For This WD Elements 1TB External Hard Drive;)
