...I think with the team's goals personal goals also count a lot in the game..and Tendulkar was on 194 ..just 6 runs short of his double century..and that could have been made in an over..
But the decision to declare at that point was ok..i mean even after Tendulkar touches his 200..he should have straight away declared :)
Team is first preference but I dont think for 6 runs he should have made this decision...also Tendulkar has scored a lot of centuries and double centuries..so I dont think it affected him..and Dravid wont go against Tendulkar..he must be knowing it doesnt affect Sachin now..so he made his decision
Ganguly , Dravid and Tendulkar are in this game together for a long time..they know each other...so I dont think we should feel bad for Tendulkar even if Dravid made this decision..i am sure Tendulkar knew about it....or he didnt mind it
Though I am writing both ways...and my answer is..'' it didnt matter '' ...i think tendulkar should have made his 200 :)
