I bought a mattress from Wakefit.co and I am not happy with my experience. Firstly, the customer service was bad. I didn't get any replies to my emails and no one picked up the phone when I called. It took almost 2 weeks for the mattress to arrive and when it did, the packaging was damaged and the mattress had an unpleasant smell.
The mattress didn't help me sleep better, it made my sleep worse. The mattress is too hard and uncomfortable. The foam is too dense and doesn't mold to my body, causing back and neck pain in the morning.
I tried to return the mattress, but Wakefit.co's return policy was not good. I was told I would get a full refund, but I got a partial refund and was charged a restocking fee.
Overall, my experience with Wakefit.co was bad. The customer service and delivery were both inefficient and poor. The mattress itself was uncomfortable and gave me back pain. I wouldn't suggest buying from Wakefit.co.
