An order of value Rs.30k was supposed to be picked up for refund, but the courier people did not turn up or called us. They simply updated the status that the package was not ready to be picked up which is a complete lie since the package was not opened at all. It is still in the same way it was delivered. Every morning, I used to receive an SMS from them that order will be picked up, but it never got picked up/ nobody conatcted us. And contact number of them given in the SMS+91 -971100 - 8888 was always out of service which made communication with them impossible. This kept on going for more than a week and now my refund process has been cancelled by Snapdeal.
I can clearly say that it is the worst Logistics company I have dealt with.
