I tried to book a ticket through the VRL online ticketing option. Due to the issues with their payment gateway the transaction could not be completed and the amount was debited from my account. Since past 2 months I am following up with them for the refund of the unbooked ticket.
Response from them. They initiated the refund from their side but the payment gateway is not doing the refund. Hence they are not able to do any thing. They have stopped responding to mails now. I am filing the case in consumer court now.
Advise : Never book VRL tickets as there is a risk of losing the money. Clear case frauds running the travel agencies. I wonder about the safety of the travelers who are forced to use services done by such companies. Avoid them as much as possible!
