We did two times servicing which was fine. But the third time we called a technical person from Voltas servicing for resolving the E2 error. He suggested changing the sensor but he said if we want then we can change if we don't want then we can wait. But the new sensor warranty is only for 3 months. We asked him it isn't working to keep changing the sensor every three months.
He did not give any answer not he bothered to explain how this works or impacts the functioning of the AC in the future.
Which left us no choice but to call a different technician while we remain clueless and unsatisfied.
