Sorry give a bad feedback but there is no other option is left for me because I m fed up with the support and calling again and again for small small thing which can be solve it quickly in the attached screenshot you can see how many times I have make a complete in the last call one of the support member told me the technician will visit within 2448 ok fine but still no one is come I m not ablr to attached the video.
