Bad Build Quality & Worse Service. Review on Voltas Window AC 1.5 Ton

I have been facing issues with Voltas 1.5 Ton Windows Invertor AC from 21st May 24

I have raised a Complaint on 21st with SR# 24052104930 and gas was refilled on 24th May 24

Again, gas was leaked on 26th May and I have raised another complaint on 27th with SR # 24052759702

Since then I am not getting service from Voltas and everyday I call customer service # 9650694555 they are repeating engineers visit is scheduled for tomorrow.

I have tried calling Ginny Aircon Number # 9716842842 on 30th and they also mentioned engineers will visit on 31st but no visit happened.

I contacted customer service on 1st June, and again they are saying engineers visit scheduled for tomorrow( 2nd June)

Its been 10 days and I am been following Voltas services but this is disasters service by Ginny Aircon and Voltas.

Now I am raising this concern on social media about bad AC Quality and worse service from Voltas.
