I bought a voltas window ac 1.5 tonnes, , in 2019, , I bought it with 5 years warranty wherein they asked me to go for two paid services in a year andI will get the complete service n everythingcovered for 5 years..i am perfectly following company's warranty rules..
But this AC gets faulty atleast 4 times in one season.. N very poor customer service by Voltas..Earlier they had corona excuse, , but now it's August.. No corona excuse.. N they are lingering it from last three days.. Minimum timethey take to resolve one complaint is 7 to 10 days..

But pathetic. Pathetic n pathetic customer service..
It feels like banging our head with voltas.. I paid hefty amount n today I am crying like anything..
