Purchased Window AC in April 2023 from dealer in Noida was givIng cooling problem called for service August 10from voltas center found cooling coil damaged / leaking from multiple points. They say part need to replaced don't have in stock or whatever till date AC repair is on hold just 3 months old AC , called service center as well online but not got specific date of part replacement. Today 15 August already 5 days wasted and Im enjoying summer without AC. Thanks to Voltas.
I have used LG, Hitachi, Whirlpool products no issues with them wanted to try Voltas Tats Indian product but not happy with product performance and service net
