I have purchased window ac and that too inverter ac, in 1 year only this product shows its true colours, 1 st time gas leaked , second time suddenly ac stoped, and this product and it's services both are worst because at the time of purchase they strictly mentioned that do not called local technician otherwise we can loose it's warenty and guarantee both , so we stupid people always called the customer care of voltas.voltas service is worst then worst whenever I have asked for free service they just clean the dust , they never check the ac leakges or any other parts but when we called them after free service they always tells a new problem with ac and also while fixing ac they do something with ac so that we call them again and they can take charges from them .i am facing this issue a lot and I will definitely write to voltas company ceo also and will definitely going to tell him about this useless product and it's services.i don't want to give any star even to them I will never suggest anyone to take voltas poor service poor product
