Voltas vertis 1 ton ton air conditioner is it normal AC I AC I I'm using this Voltas vertis 1 ton AC for 2 years but now the real face of the AC is shown to me.
Talking about the cooling and sound of the AC it is totally normal because they are many more companies which provide absolute cooling with without any sound but this company Voltas is not at all good in AC it has a lot of sound and the cooling effect after 2 years or after 1 years it will be not that much good which it was providing back when we have purchase the product.
Not the most important points while we are purchasing a air conditioner is this service and support after sales so I am I say they are many company like O General and Samsung which provide absolute amazing service in support of after sales but Voltas is lagging in this point also this service and support is not at all chords whenever I called them the same meet sir please wait and we will come to your home whenever you are a star fist free this is not the way they should be a customer this should.
So in the service and support Voltas company is totally totally behind the other companies.
Not talking about the quality and durability this AC is made up of fibre and normal yearly CR made up of fibre to the quality is not the issue but the durability is the main issues because many AC have five year warranty but this Voltas company is not giving us 5 year warranty which is a big issue that means if you are a c is not working properly after 2 or 3 years they will not give you a free service but other company are giving so it is really a big issue in my eyes.
None the most important things weather this Voltas company is value of for money or not so I must say Voltas AC is not at all value for money I am really regretted to purchase this Voltas AC if you are looking for this is you should go for another company like Samsung on general whether or not you have money or not you should wait and accumulate a lot of money to buy these two companies AC but not to waste your hard money for this Voltas AC.
In the end I would not like to recommend this AC at all thanks a lot.
