I have been trying to reach out to service but number not reachable then no resolution of issue even after 1 month of delivering a faulty product. This is my review for Voltas after sales Service which I experienced just after 3 weeks of purchase. Finally they blocked my number and email ID and I am left with a faulty product.
Customer Care Experience:
Unprofessional Communication: The customer care representatives sound unprofessional, lacking the competency expected from a company under such brand name.
Incompetence: The staff appears to be illiterate, naive and amateur, unable to handle queries or provide satisfactory assistance.
Poor Service Standards: The overall service does not meet the industry standards, making the experience frustrating and inefficient. Their customer care email doesn't respond.
Service Center Experience:
Unworthy service centre: The service centers seem to be distributed to contractors who are incompetent and unworthy of representing Voltas.
Lack of Customer Focus: The service personnel are ignorant and do not seem to value or care about the customers' needs. They finally blocked my email id and number altogether.
Ineffective Warranty Service: Even for products under a fresh warranty, the service centers fail to provide the necessary support or resolution.
Personal Experience:
Product Malfunction: I had a brand new AC and stabilizer, the stabilizer malfunctioned, and contacting the service center was a disappointing experience.
Poor Support: The customer care gave me a service center number where the representative was equally ignorant and incompetent.
Lack of Resolution: The entire experience felt like dealing with an untrained, uncaring team that did not reflect the reputed Voltas name.
In summary, Voltas after sales Service fails to deliver the expected quality of service, leaving customers dissatisfied and unsupported.
