Voltas Group, I am really shocked to call voltas AC customer care support number 1800 425 4555 & 1800 266 4555 which they say 24x7. I also tried 60004555 with Delhi std code. The toll free numbers always says its busy call later...and 6000 number put me on hold and then nobody answer. This is ridiculous. 1st time I am seeing 1800 Number with no IVR and straightaway it says call us later.
This is really bad..i was thinking to buy voltas AC for my home and office but after seeing the customer support I have to changed my mind.I am happy that I have tried customer care before buying voltas product but also wonder what would existing customers might be going through. God Bless them.
I will also make sure to escalate this to the directors or senior people of voltas group.
