Dear sir,
This is Y. Sreenivasa Reddy and I have ordered 1.5 Ton 3Star Inverter AC(2018) vide Order No. 180224-001-808242 on 29.02.2018 for Rs. 35, 000.000. The actual Delivery date is 28.02.2018. After rigorous follow-up, the item was supplied on 06.03.2018 by Blue dart vide AWB No. 57995812862.
The Items received and the installation was done on 07.03.2018. Since then, every day I was calling to the Installed chap. In the Installation Certificate, I had written “Not Satisfied”. The cables are overhanging and there was leakage in the drain Pipe. The Outdoor unit is not properly installed and there is a slant. The Installation is poorly skilled and he does not have the “Level Indicator” with him, while installation. The installation rep has told that the Copper pipe, stabilizer, and all the items are to be mandatorily should buy from him and totally charged Rs. 5300.00
Due to the everyday leakage, my wall got damaged. The Service Reps visited ten times, and there is noise while running and the same was not rectified till date. The Voltas has supplied a defective piece.
I have ordered 1.5 Ton 3Star Inverter AC(2018) model through Tatacliq and the Voltas has supplied the Indoor Unit of 2017 model.
I was getting irritated with the lackadaisical and pathetic services of Tatacliq and Voltas. Nobody is answering and creating mental trauma and is causing Severe Headaches.
All the documents and photos are attached to the mail.
Tatacliq and Voltas are playing games for taking responsibility and hence, legal action will be taken on both of them.
