On 28.04.2018, I bought an Air Cooler, model number-VN-D50M DESERT COOLER VOLTAS(Copy attached) from Sanjay Palace, Agra.
I have register my complaint 4 times about my Air cooler is not working from the date of purchase.Technician came and fix that issue but again the electric current from Cooler's body not gone. Even from the last 2 times my mother met with an accident(electric shock) who is an heart Patient. Today(06.07.2018) two technicians came to resolve that issue Mr. Atif & Mr. Brijbhan and said that Air Cooler has an electrical issues & Leakage issue and they have also mentioned that "Please Change the Unit" in their Job Sheet(Copy of Job Sheet Attached). However, Mr. Saksham Bhatnagar was trying to convince me not to replace the product, give us one more chance to fix it and if the issue will not resolve then we will further replace your product.
My concern is, if that product have an manufacturing defect then why the hell are you playing with a person's life. Please refer the trail mail. My mother is a heart patient and accidentally because of your product she met with an accident.
Will Mr. Saksham Bhatnagar will justify? if or in case any incident happens. Or he is still waiting for any accident happen.
Request you to please take necessary action against miss-behaving by Mr. Saksham & help me to get my issue resolve ASAP.
Will also share the same in Social media about the same.
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your replacement. Enclosed are copies(do not send originals).
