I had ported out of Airtel last year and took vodafone 4G services with the understanding that our problems will be over. We have 6 sims in our company. the day westarted using vodafone from that day itself we started having huge problems of connection and connection, . Calls drop very often, voice of caller cant be heard and I have to run to the window to get somewhat clear voice. Even after amny amny complaints nothing has been done except giving lame excuses that cell site is being upgraded, new tower is being installed but for last 1 year I have not got my complaint resolved, . The conection is available upto 15th floor and abive that till 27th floor there is no network most of teh time. I call my wife who is sitting next to me and her phone is free it also shows network but there is a message saying not reachable Most of my clients are not able to reach us, . who will be responsible. I wrote a mail and I get a standard reply
