Vodafone is a second largest by subscribe base telecom company In India.I am using Vodafone since years.Here I will share my experience with Vodafone services & my bad experience of my recent visit of Vodafone store.Basically I went to 2-3 Vodafone Stores not one & have seen pathetic service everywhere.Here I will share my experience.
Recently I visited the Vodafone store nearby me to upgrade my 3G sim into 4G one. And when I reached store I asked for the same & the Vodafone guy there told me to pay for this which is basically free from Vodafone & he said exactly this why free till now as we have bought franchise from vodafone we also have expenses.And before visiting I have confirmed from customer care that is it for free or chargeable service & they told its absolutely free.
At store they basically charge for free services & also they make fool of their customers by activating unnecessary services , providing unnecessary plans etc They are not trustworthy at all.
Also for reverification of sim linking to adhaar there mini-stores are not yet ready.They make excuses that it will starts from tomorrow or day after.
This is the case of many stores as I have visited my stores
Also one more incident happened with me when I paid my postpaid Vodafone bill one of their agent to whom I paid just eat my money as he submitted Rs 2100 only while I paid Rs 2200 to him.
Also in terms of Vodafone service their internet is very slow.Even pages does not opens while search.
So basically I want to give 1/5stars to Vodafone from my side for my experience with them.And not suggest anybody to go with them.
