Lack of due process for document submission. My number was deactivated after a single message was sent to me(on 25 July'14, 19:28, as per the supervisor's account), and on the same day the number was deactivated even before the message on deactivation was delivered to me.
Vodafone did not even show due diligence to ensure the customer had received the message for document submission. Calls to customer service have proved ineffectual and a waste of time.
As their service is associated with such lack of concern/courtesy for the customer, it would be remiss to continue with such a service provider. I have been using Vodafone since 2001(when it was Hutch) as was my wife. Goodbye Vodafone, and Good luck with your strong-arm tactics! We are moving on to better providers who show some intelligence and courtesy towards their customers.
