I am being charged Rs. 50 every month since I have taken the connection, in name of downloads mobilart value pack or mgossip which I am pretty sure have not done. They say that its been charged correctly. This is not the first time I am using mobiles. Nor the first service provider. But its for the first time I am seeing such ridiculous charge. And when you ask them for details they fail to even furnish the exact site visited on grounds of privacy and all frivolous excuses.
I fail to understand how is it that so many customers are having same problem with the same service provide and the company is just replies "the customer is charged correctly". If it were for one or two customers we could understand that we are trying to shave off company. But if one googles up vodafone complain there is umpteen complains for false billing in name of such download to confirm that there is something really unfair or fishy going around in vodafone.
Strange, how can a company take so much blemish on its name and not investigate into why there so much hue and cry about their billing. Either they know the reason and are taking the customers for fool or they dont care about their reputation.
