I have been a Vodafone customer for past 10 years. I was on the Orange network which was taken over by Hutch and finally Vodafone. The standards since then have gone from Good to Bad to Worse. Besides my primary number, I have 4 other numbers on the same network for my family members.
We were migrated from a 1.2p/s plan to a 1.5p/s plan even though the plan was activated for a period of 1year. Posted a complaint on their site and the customer care agent keeps buying time. It is now 3 weeks since the problem and we are being charged with high rates for no fault of ours.
The agent does not give a complaint number, neither her full name. Inter-departmental communication is worse then sarkari babus.
I will be porting all the numbers, but not before I drag them to consumer court and make them pay up for their mistakes.
