Hi Team,
I am frequently calling and visiting your Vodafone Store in Veera Deasi road, Andheri West, Just to convert my vodafone number from Postpaid to prepaid.
But I am unable to get any resolution on the same. I visited you're a gallery on Sunday dated 06/10/2019, only one person available who informed he is unable to give me sim card as no one is there today and neither he was able to take my card payment as the machine was not working properly, he asked to come in the next day.
I spoke to cx on the next day and had informed him that please ask the store to keep the SIM ready I will make the payment and take the prepaid sim for the same number by visiting the gallery on sunday
I visited the gallery again on 13/10/2019 as discussed with the cs. as I went the store there were only 2 females working, when I went to a girl for the same, she said to me " That you should understand that we are unable to give you new SIM on sundays as there are no person available, so better come on a working day rather than sunday, I informed her I am working person and I just have time on sunday and not on a working day, she was so rude to me later that she embarrassed me in front of other customer saying make your bill payment first and come tomorrow will give you SIM card.
I said to her I am ready to pay now take my card payment, she said its not working go and pay in kiosk, I asked for change she didn't had.
I called your cx dept again where my complaint was raised and I was asked to wait for 24 hours since 72 hours is completed by I havent recevied a call from them.
Your customer service are unable to provide resolution, and neither they are able to connect me to the complaint team.
I spoke to your cs on Monday where I was promised on an escalation call that I will receive the call in 24 hours. I waited the whole day yesterday no calls recevied.
called on 15/10/2019 around 10 Am some one answered call but kept on hold. waited for 27 mins, no response.
Called today 16/10/2019, spoke to Pooja singh calmly but at the end she forced me to drop this email, as I asked to connect to compliants dept she was unable to do it, asked for escalltion she denied several times sayings senior our busy, atlast after 25 mins got Pallavi on the call but no resolution from her as well.
Is it that difficult for you guys to know the customer query or are you guy not that capable to resolve it?
I havent requested for Port I had just request to change it from postpaid to prepaid.
Its really disappoting to see such a bad service from a well known service provider, I need a resolution soon on this with a clarfcation.
The call were all made from my number 9870214943.
I have just spoken to your collegaue Nikhil Parikh who has asked to email and wait for 24 hours.
Please sort this soon before I post the same email on social media with the call recordings
