I have been a Vodafone patron for years until now, sickened by their fraudulent measures, switching to some other operator that delivers what it promises.
I would pen down one of their tricks just to prove my words hold weight. Vodafone has this best offer feature which provides some great deals to the consumers.
But the sham surfaces when this best offer disappears without any warning or notification and you end up paying money for absolute zilch. Last month I got this "best offer" of Rs.44 talktime on recharge of Rs.34. I used to recharge my number with this amount for as many as 4-5 times a day.
I would load up money in my Mobikwik wallet which helps me recharge without using my card or credentials every time. A couple or so days later, I made two recharges of Rs. 34 each and the promised talktime wasn't there! When I checked the app, the offer wasn't there anymore. It was instead replaced by full talktime on Rs.174. And the same scene happened with the Rs.174 full TT amount too.
A couple of days later all I got was Rs. 150 on recharge of Rs.174. This is how this operator cheats customers.They would lure you with attractive offers and would steal your money without warning. And should I mention about the call drops too?
