Vodafone well known as good network coverage and no interruptions at all, but the fact is when we try to connect with 4G internet, there is a drastic drop down in internet connectivity and it become a nightmare on that movement.
I tried to reach the customer service, even with their suggested modifications there is no change in internet speed, finally they suggested me to change the phone and try again. This is really not at all acceptable.
Billing wise also I have many complaints, number of times they use to charge more for internet and even for regular callings also and they have their own version on billing. I am not at all happy with the service and I suggest better to think again before go with vodafone.
