VODAFONE worst pathetic customer service.
I switched my prepaid sim to postpaid. After somes days I finally switshed to postpaid plain. The no. Was activated but after 10 days vodafone network is gone. I called vodafone customer care and they said verification was not done and hence no. Got suspended. I am calling vodafone customer care to activate my no. They apologize and reactivate the no. For few days but few days is gone still my no. Not activated due to verification was not done but I recived the phone bill Rs. 600 in my home but I think how to it possibale because vodafone customer care said verification was not done but I revived the paper bill in my home.
Finally I drop the vodafone sim
