I am using vodafone prepaid connection since last 5 years, in some cases I am very happy with it but I am not totaly happy, because the connection is good, but its tremendous costly, and the customer service isnt so good at all.
Now a days vodafone is not for middle class users. Truly said, the connection is very good, undoubtedly the network is very good and widly available. Where the other cell phone networks are hard to be found, vodafone network is surely available there, like rural areas. The internet speed is mind blowing, you can compare the 2g speed of vodafone with 3 g speed of some mobile operators. I have never faced a call drop problem on this network. Late talk about the customer care, the guys of vodafone customer care are not so helpfull. I know that good things cannot come cheap, but vodafone is extreme costly, the one and only disappointing point is the cost of it.
Now a days vodafone offers a new prepaid connection for rupees 200 from vodafone store. Without any call rate cutter plan, the call rates are, vodafone to vodafone rupees 80 paisa per minute and vofafone to others rupees 1 per minute. The lowest 2g internet pack starts from rupees 5 for 25 mb of net balance for 1 day only, forget about 3g and 4g. Overall the service experience is good. Specially vodafone helps when traveling and when making national and international calls, thats why I am using it. Thats all, thank you.
